I loved Max! He's confident, funny, and humble. Whenever someone needs help, he actively searches for a solution. But his life flips upside down after an incident at a party. Secrets surrounded him, and the people he care about are in danger.
With the help of his friends, Max learns how to embrace his powers to fight against evil. There's so many complex characters, you don't know who to trust or believe. Even some of the angels are questionable. This action packed journey is exhilarating, and I regret not reading this sooner.
