Zack has a painful past, and the only thing on his mind is revenge. But things change when he sees a beautiful girl. As Zack puts his original plans on hold, he ends up stalking Lana and falls in love with her from a distance.
Lana has terrible memories, and her heart and mind is broken. She hasn't fully healed, but when the new neighbor spends time with her, her heart opens up with each day.
The two have an irresistible attraction, but there are some serious secrets that can't be ignored.
The story has a lot of steamy scenes with Zack talking dirty. Although Delude can be read as a standalone, I recommend reading Quake, Quiver, Tied, and Delve beforehand because a lot of the previous characters are mentioned or involved in the story.
